Health and Cleanliness Measures
As a community of parks, the well-being and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our first priority.

We are following relevant health department guidelines. We are also closely monitoring CDC guidance and will provide prompt updates should the situation change.

In line with guidance provided by the health authorities, we have further reinforced our cleanliness measures, including but not limited to:
Cleaning
Increased daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touch-points on an hourly basis in addition to regular cleaning procedures. Nightly cleaning and sanitation of facilities.
Routes
Dedicated entrance and exit routes for all guests; re-aligned queueing at front counter. Plexiglas partitions at ticket counter and cafe counter.
Distancing
Reduced park capacity. All parties of 10+ moved from smaller party rooms to larger party room or open air mezzanine

Masks
Masks are recommended for guests who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19
